We have successfully migrated client sites from the failing server to the new server and have successfully completed verification. All sites are now operational.

Illuminate has further investigated the incident on 9/28 which impacted 5% of our user base. Our engineers have determined the underlying cause of the incident was a degrading server that has exhibited early signs of failure.
On 9/28 we successfully migrated to backup systems to restore the impacted customers. At this time we have decided that the best course of action is to remove the the original server from our hosting center and to migrate all clients interacting with the original server to a permanent replacement. This migration will only effect the clients who were impacted during the 9/28 outage (about 5% of our entire client base).
