Illuminate has confirmed that from approximately 10:44am PT - 11:09am PT user sign in for approx 100 customers on ATD14 server were redirected to a login loop. New sign ins would process and immediately return to the login page. Users already signed into this server who had signed in prior were not impacted, only users who attempted a new signin during that time experienced the login loop. All other customers were unaffected. The issue was due to a temporary data partition filling, causing new logins to be paused until free space was reclaimed. The data partition has been cleared and the situation is resolved.
