As part of the continual process of improving our infrastructure, we will be upgrading server hardware to enhance the stability of our platform.
Our technical team will be performing the upgrades between the hours of 7:00pm PT and 10:00pm PT on Saturday, December 2. During this time window, your access to Illuminate will be temporarily disabled for portion of the window which should not exceed 20 minutes.
