Scheduled - As part of the continual process of improving our infrastructure and to address several of the issues we have encountered recently, we will be upgrading server hardware to enhance the stability of our platform. This upgrade will not require Illuminate to be offline for the entire maintenance window duration although core services may be interrupted for a short period of time.

Identified - We have received reports that users are unable to access Illuminate. We have confirmed that an issue exists and our engineers are working towards a resolution. An update will be provided by 12:00pm Pacific unless the issue is resolved by that time.
